This project was done with UMBC in regards towards learning about qualities of leadership among undergraduate students. Most of my work in regards to this project was to help quantify aspects of leadership and other noncognitive behaviors and see how coursework might influence them. A lot of my work involved conducting data analysis within SPSS to understand trends that changed over time, doing textual analysis and presenting a summary of both quantitative and qualitative aspects.
